President - Kayla Renert
Kayla is a senior pursuing a double major in Mechanical Engineering and Integrated Business at the University of Central Florida. This is her first year serving as the President of the ASHRAE Student chapter. She wants to grow the club by teaching young engineers about the HVAC world. Kayla hopes to go on and earn her Professional Engineering License. Outside of school, she is often found training her puppy.

Vice President - Matthew Dearolph
Matt is a junior pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Central Florida. This is his first year as an officer for the student chapter of ASHRAE. He has an interest in sustainable energy and power generation, and hopes to contribute to these efforts in his career. His outside interests include traveling, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.

Treasurer - Mason Afoon
Born and raised in Melbourne, FL, Carter is a senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics at the University of Central Florida. This is his first year as a member and officer of UCF’s ASHRAE student chapter. He is passionate about protecting the planet and moving towards renewable energy sources. After graduation he hopes to pursue his Professional Engineering license and explore various fields of engineering.
